EEA & EU Settlement Scheme
Expert assistance with EU Settlement Scheme applications, late applications, and status upgrades.
Overview
The EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) was established to protect the rights of EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens and their family members living in the UK following Brexit. While the deadline for most applications was 30 June 2021, late applications can still be made where there are reasonable grounds for the delay.
Under the scheme, applicants receive either settled status (for those with 5 years of continuous residence) or pre-settled status (for those with less than 5 years). Settled status grants indefinite leave to remain, while pre-settled status grants limited leave for 5 years.
At MNS Solicitors, we assist with late EUSS applications, appeals against refusals, upgrading from pre-settled to settled status, and family member applications under the scheme.
We understand the complexities of post-Brexit immigration rights and provide clear, practical advice to ensure your rights are protected.
