At MNS Solicitors, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to our fees. All professional fees quoted below are exclusive of VAT — we do not charge VAT on our professional fees. This means the price you see is the price you pay for our legal services.

Additional Family Members
For family members of the main applicant, we charge an additional fee of £400 per additional applicant/family member.
Example:
A husband and son are in the UK joining their mother on a spouse visa. The husband's fee to extend the visa is £1,000, the son is an extra £400 — total fee: £1,400.
Disbursements
Disbursements such as translation fees, courier charges, and document certification are charged at cost. VAT applies to disbursements at 20% where applicable.
Immigration Health Surcharge
The Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) is currently £1,035 per year. This is payable directly to the Home Office as part of your application.
