Immigration applications run on paperwork. Passports, bank statements, payslips, marriage certificates, tenancy agreements, travel histories. Every detail has to be read, checked and entered correctly, because mistakes cost time and money and can put an application at risk.
The problem we wanted to fix
Reading through application documents by hand is careful work, but a lot of it is repetitive. Every hour spent trawling through paperwork is an hour we are not spending with you.
What we did about it
We worked with Aion Automation, an automation studio that builds custom software for law firms, to build a system that reads and processes applications for us. It runs quietly in the background and we check the results.
It now saves us around 40 hours every month.
What this means for you
- More time with your solicitor. The hours that used to go on paperwork now go on consultations and on understanding your situation.
- A qualified person still checks the work. The software does the reading. We check the results, advise you and take responsibility for your application.
- Room to help more people. With the time we have gained, we can take on new clients without making existing clients wait.
- Fees stay clear. You still know the price from day one, with no hidden costs. See our fees.
New AI Technology for Immigration Firms
The software we use, Aion, is available as a product for other UK immigration solicitors and advisers. It reads a client's documents, fills the gov.uk application in a live browser, and stops before the declaration so your caseworker reviews everything and submits. Spouse, settlement (ILR), naturalisation and Skilled Worker applications are among the routes it handles. Aion for UK immigration firms.
