MNS SOLICITORS FEES  (NO VAT)- excluding Home Office fees

INITIAL CONSULTATION £80 for 1 hour

Visitor visa £550

Spouse/Fiancee/Child Settlement visa £850

Student visa £750

Tier 1 – Start up/ Innovator/Investor visa £1500

Extension visas £850- £1200

Naturalisation £650

 Immigration Appeals £1500 plus barrister fees

HOME OFFICE FEES– varies depending on visa applied for

Immigration Health Surcharge £1035 per year

Fiancee/ Spouse visa £1938 (actual fee is payable in currency of country where spouse based)

In-country family extension visa – £1321

Visit Visas ( up to 6 months)  – £127

3. Disbursements

Where appropriate, we may incur costs on your behalf (known as disbursements). Typical disbursements in immigration matters include:

• Home Office application fees
• Translation and document certification fees
• Courier and postage charges

We charge you exactly what we pay third parties and will provide receipts or estimates of these sums when requested.

4. VAT

Disbursements are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). VAT will be shown separately on your invoice and is payable in addition to our fees.

Currently we do not charge VAT on our professional fees
